Luke & Friends Take on Tough Mudder for YPI Counselling — Let’s Support Them!
This summer, a fearless group of friends led by Luke are diving headfirst into the mud, sweat and (possibly) tears of a Tough Mudder challenge — all in support of YPI Counselling, a charity that provides vital mental health services for young people.
We’re talking electric shocks, ice baths, 10+ miles of obstacle course madness… and a lot of mud. And they’re doing it all to raise funds and awareness for a cause that truly matters.
Why YPI Counselling?
YPI Counselling works with young people across the community, offering professional, confidential mental health support when it’s needed most. With anxiety, depression and emotional challenges on the rise, their work has never been more important.
Luke and his team know first-hand how vital access to mental health services can be — and they’re determined to make a difference. Every pound raised will go directly towards supporting counselling sessions, workshops, and outreach programs for vulnerable young people.
What is Tough Mudder?
For those unfamiliar: Tough Mudder is no ordinary run. It’s a grueling obstacle course designed to test your stamina, teamwork, and mental grit. From scaling walls and crawling through tunnels to braving icy waters and electric fences, this is as challenging as it gets.
But Luke and the crew aren’t backing down. They’re ready to get bruised and battered for a good cause — and they need your help to make it count.
How Can You Help?
👉 Donate via their JustGiving page: https://www.justgiving.com/page/hardboiledmudders-1
👉 Share the link with your friends, family, colleagues — anyone who believes in supporting young people’s mental health.
👉 Cheer them on on social media and let them know you’re behind them every muddy step of the way.
Let’s Rally Behind Them
It takes courage to talk about mental health. It takes even more to crawl through mud for it. So let’s rally behind Luke and his friends as they power through the pain in support of YPI Counselling.
Every donation, no matter how small, helps us build a stronger, more supportive community for young people.
Thank you for your support — and good luck to the team. You’ve got this!
